Founded in 1965 as The CableSystem, the company has evolved significantly, rebranding to Buckeye Broadband in 2016 to reflect its expanded service offerings and commitment to advanced technology. Notably, Buckeye Broadband is a subsidiary of Block Communications, which also owns The Blade newspaper and other media assets.
