SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

We offer monthly subscription plans at different price points per month, which provide access to multiple report credits. Credits roll over and never expire as long as the subscription is active. The first report is free during the 3-day trial period. Your card will not be charged until after the 3-day trial or upon running a second report.

PAYMENTS

Subscription fees are charged monthly. If a payment is unsuccessful, we may attempt to process the payment again. If payment issues persist, your subscription may be suspended or canceled.

CANCELLATION

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. If you cancel, you will retain access to your remaining credits and reports until the end of the current billing cycle.

REFUNDS

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us at support@jenniejohnson.com to request a refund. We will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis and strive to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
