Changing Perceptions

Changing Perceptions Inc. is a nonprofit organization based in Washington, DC, dedicated to reducing recidivism by supporting the successful reintegration of returning citizens into society. As a registered 501(c)(3), the organization provides comprehensive human services, including re-entry programs, to help individuals rebuild their lives post-incarceration. Led by Executive Director Monte Pollard, Changing Perceptions fosters an inclusive and equitable environment while engaging staff, contractors, interns, and volunteers to achieve its mission. The organization also shares success stories and hosts events to raise awareness and inspire community involvement.
