Cleveland Guardians

The Cleveland Guardians are a professional baseball team based in Cleveland, Ohio, competing in Major League Baseball (MLB) as a member of the American League Central Division. The team generates revenue through ticket sales, broadcasting rights, sponsorships, and merchandise. Originally established in 1901 as the Cleveland Bluebirds, the team underwent several name changes before becoming the Cleveland Indians in 1915, and eventually rebranded to the Guardians in 2021 to move away from Native American-themed imagery. The Guardians play their home games at Progressive Field, a stadium known for its modern amenities and enthusiastic fan base.
