Creative Reaction Lab is a nonprofit organization dedicated to educating, training, and challenging Black and Latinx youth to become leaders in designing healthy and racially equitable communities. They generate revenue through grants, partnerships, and donations, focusing on community-centered design and social justice. Founded in 2014 by Antionette Carroll, the organization has been pivotal in promoting equity through design thinking and has developed numerous programs and initiatives aimed at fostering systemic change.
