It Works! is a multi-level marketing company specializing in health, wellness, and beauty products, most notably its signature body wraps, dietary supplements, and skincare items. Founded in 2001 by Mark and Cindy Pentecost and headquartered in Palmetto, Florida, the company generates revenue primarily through direct sales and recruitment of independent distributors, known as “Wrapreneurs.” It Works! has expanded internationally and relies heavily on social media marketing and personal networks for product promotion and distributor growth. The company has faced scrutiny and legal challenges over its business practices and product claims, which is important for candidates to consider. Understanding its commission-based structure and the emphasis on personal sales and team-building is crucial for anyone seeking employment or distributorship with It Works!.
