Raising A Reader

Raising a Reader is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering early literacy and family engagement through book-sharing programs. Founded in 1999, the organization has distributed over 40 million books and reached more than 1.5 million children and families. Their mission is to empower families to develop, practice, and sustain home-based literacy routines essential for children's success in school and life.
