Candidates need 5+ years in strategic or change communications or corporate strategy, experience translating complex strategies into employee communications, familiarity with sustainability or purpose-driven messaging, and preferred experience in higher education or healthcare sectors. Skills include strategic thinking, excellent writing, change communication expertise, analytical skills, collaboration, and proficiency with presentation and communication tools.
