Candidates should have experience with BSA/AML and OFAC Risk Assessments, financial services industry knowledge preferably in consulting, experience with risk assessment tooling or GRC automation, familiarity with ERM risk taxonomies, understanding of regulatory requirements like FATF and MiCA, leadership skills for cross-functional groups, excellent communication, attention to detail, and a Bachelor's degree in STEM, business, law or related field.
