Candidates should have a bachelor's or master's in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, 3+ years in sustaining engineering preferably in life science consumables, project management skills, knowledge of manufacturing processes like injection molding, wet bench experience, proficiency in CAD and DFM, and experience with root cause analysis and quality control; Six Sigma and regulatory knowledge are preferred.
