Experience and skills
Candidates must have an undergraduate degree or diploma in a technical field, extensive experience as a BSA with ServiceNow BCM, IRM, and CMDB modules, solid ITIL knowledge, advanced API and integration understanding, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record with complex projects. ServiceNow certifications and knowledge of asset management and automated testing are preferred.
