Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 5-10 years in heavy civil construction project management, preferably with paving, earthwork, grading, or underground utilities experience, knowledge of union agreements and California public works, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in project management software; PMP certification and bilingual Spanish-English skills are preferred.
