Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in business, 5-10 years of relevant experience, strong ocean freight product and pricing knowledge, sales and business development skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; fluency in English is required, with Spanish or Mandarin as a plus.
