Candidates need 8+ years of software engineering experience, strong coding skills, preferably in Go or Clojure, a B.S. or higher in Computer Science or equivalent experience, solid CS fundamentals, cloud technology experience, and expertise in distributed systems. Leadership and troubleshooting skills are also required.
