Candidates need a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, 5-7 years of progressive manufacturing quality engineering experience in the electrical or related industry, advanced knowledge of GD&T, experience leading large-scale quality projects, knowledge of QMS and ISO 9001, strong project management and communication skills; a Master's degree and CQE certification are preferred.
