Candidates should have at least 1.5 years of AutoCAD experience, knowledge of OSP telecom infrastructure and related regulations, ability to read utility prints and maps, good communication and analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; a high school diploma or equivalent is required, with additional education preferred.
