    Candidates must have a high school diploma, two years of customer service experience, one year of vehicle title processing experience, computer proficiency including MS Office, typing speed of 45 WPM, basic 10-key skills, strong communication and customer service skills, ability to multitask and work independently, and strong attention to detail. Title knowledge of local states, notary license, and bilingual skills are preferred.
