Responsibilities and impact

Compensation and benefits
The position offers $25 to $28 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, vision coverage for dependents and domestic partners, nine paid holidays, Flexible Spending Accounts, and a 403(b) retirement savings plan.
Experience and skills
Candidates must have or be pursuing certification as an Alcohol and Other Drug Counselor, experience with underserved communities including homeless populations, knowledge of substance use and recovery models, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and in teams; bilingual English/Spanish and lived experience with homelessness are preferred.
