Compensation and benefits
The position offers a salary range of $251,327.21 to $291,539 per year, full medical, dental, vision coverage, life insurance, long-term disability, employee assistance program, 403(b) retirement plan, and CME allowance.
Experience and skills
Candidates must be Board Certified in Family Medicine, General Internal Medicine, or Infectious Diseases, hold a valid California medical license, DEA registration, and BLS certification, with knowledge of LGBTQ health issues and trauma-informed care; AAHIVM certification is required or must be obtained within 6 months; Spanish language skills and strong sexual/reproductive health experience are preferred.
