Candidates should have 3+ years of outside sales experience in specialty foods or related fields, extensive knowledge of specialty foods and fresh truffles, a culinary or hospitality background is a plus, valid CA driver's license and reliable vehicle required, strong communication and organizational skills, and multilingualism is a plus.
