Experience and skills
Requires a Bachelor's in Computer Science or IT or equivalent experience, Certified SAFe Scrum Master or equivalent, 5+ years in Scrum Master or related Agile roles, strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean-Agile, excellent communication, multitasking, analytical skills, and experience with Agile tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps; preferred skills include AWS, DHS program experience, cybersecurity, ITIL certifications, and government customer support.
