Candidates should have outstanding customer service and organizational skills, an active CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy, preferably 2-3 years of early childhood education experience, a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred, state qualifications or willingness to obtain them, CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain, and physical ability to engage with children.
