Candidates must have 5+ years in consulting, client success, or executive coaching, 7+ years of corporate experience, a proven growth track record, experience with executive clients, client success program development, tech savvy with CRMs and tools, and executive presence; an MBA and experience in high-growth or coaching environments are preferred.
