Experience and skills
Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3-5+ years supporting enterprise applications on Windows or Linux, strong knowledge of application architectures, SQL, Oracle, scripting languages, and troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with medical claims processing and help desk experience is a plus.
