Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, 3-5 years of similar experience, forklift certification or ability to obtain it, strong electrical/mechanical aptitude, and preferred certifications in welding and troubleshooting various systems.

The role requires self-direction, motivation, multitasking in a fast-paced 24/7 manufacturing environment, with emphasis on safety and cross-functional communication.
Job location and travel
The position is located in Boise, Idaho, working night shifts from 6:45pm to 7:00am on a 2/2/3 schedule.
