Candidates should have 6+ years of experience designing SaaS products for Enterprise customers, preferably with startup experience, strong user empathy, autonomy in design, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across disciplines. Experience with Tailwind, HTML/CSS, and GitHub pull requests is a bonus.
