Experience and skills
Candidates must have at least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience with primary skills as a Journeyman Millwright and secondary skills in pipefitting, boilermaking, machining, or heavy equipment operation; a high school diploma or equivalent is required, with NCCER Millwright Certification preferred; strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills are essential.
