Compensation and benefits
The position offers a base salary of $130,000 to $160,000 depending on experience, with performance-based quarterly bonuses, equity, health, dental, vision insurance, FSA, HSA, PTO plus 14 paid holidays, 401K with 3% contribution, stock options, life insurance, and disability benefits.
Experience and skills
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, 10 years of industry experience including 8 years with suppliers in manufacturing or quality engineering, expertise in semiconductor packaging and optical subsystems, hands-on production transition experience, and skills in mechanical drawing review, APQP/PPAP, and supplier management; CAD proficiency is preferred.
