    Candidates must have U.S. Person status, a bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 5 years of production scheduling experience preferably in aerospace or manufacturing, proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Excel, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and experience managing complex schedules and cross-functional teams; project management certifications are a plus.
