Candidates must have a J.D. and admission to practice law in the U.S., 8+ years of legal experience in law firm and in-house roles preferably in fintech, media, or venture-backed companies, broad legal knowledge, strong writing and negotiation skills, and a passion for Bitcoin is a plus.
