Experience and skills
Requires 3+ years in compliance, risk management, legal or related fields, a bachelor's degree preferably in Law, Compliance, or Business, knowledge of banking products, strong Microsoft Office skills, and regulatory compliance certification preferred; experience in large financial institutions and risk exam management is a plus.
