  Candidates need 3-5 years of international and domestic executive protection experience, proficiency with security technology, excellent communication, drug-free status, and relevant licenses; preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree, EP certification, law enforcement experience, defensive tactics, and first responder certifications.
