What is Power Apply?
A feature that can be found on every job on Jennie Johnson to help you explore a position further, apply to the role and then connect with others within the company so you have a better chance of getting an interview.
There are 3 components of Power Apply:
Resume Analysis
- Evaluates your resume against the job description.
- Outlines the gaps between your resume and the job description so you can decide if it’s worth applying and what updates to make to your resume before applying.
Application Links
- Recommends the best links to use to apply to the position.
Networking Links
- Delivers contacts within the company to network with. By using Power Apply for each position you’re exploring you can feel confident that you’re taking the right steps in your job search.
