Natcast

Natcast, short for the National Center for the Advancement of Semiconductor Technology, is a purpose-built, non-profit organization designated by the U.S. Department of Commerce to operate the National Semiconductor Technology Center (NSTC). Established under the CHIPS and Science Act, Natcast focuses on advancing semiconductor research, development, and workforce training to bolster the U.S. semiconductor industry. Headquartered in Sunnyvale, California, at the heart of Silicon Valley, Natcast combines public funding with private sector expertise to drive innovation in chip design and manufacturing. It has launched initiatives like the NSTC Workforce Center of Excellence with significant federal investment to support its mission.
