    Candidates must have a Master's degree in Social Work or related behavioral science with clinical experience or a Bachelor's with 5 years clinical experience, licensure or eligibility for licensure in Maryland or Virginia, preferred experience with refugee or immigrant populations, language skills in Spanish, Dari/Pashto, or French preferred, strong communication skills, ability to work under stress, computer skills, valid driver's license, and pass a criminal background check.
